I'm using Heya. I noticed it I go Malaysia and returned back SG, my Heya Sim card becomes problematic. Uncontactable. Anyone experience same issues?

roaming on? Reboot the phone? Maybe your billing issues too

1. Good question. The website , the Terms and Conditions and the FAQ do not mention anything about Free Caller ID.

2. I believe all the new hi! Plans and also existing hi! Prepaid Cards have free Caller IDs. You can always double confirm with SingTel.

Same for stupid Singtel Shirley who pretends she knows the plan but she did not. She keeps linking to the other senior plan.

AIs have not been trained about this new plan and Singtel website does not help to answer the question so AI also cannot help.
I honestly do not see any distinction between a new plan and an old one, as hypothetically, the rules will still apply universally regardless.
For clarity, the Customer Service Officer (CSO) should furnish the specific details if needed.

Gave up. Heading down to shop. Cause I need to help my mum convert her current prepaid to this $5 elder plan. Will update when I have more concrete details

I found out that Shirley will be more stubborn if they have a high traffic for the human agents.

The above mentioned John Paulo is also a lousy one as he didn't know the plan yet he was reluctant to check initially. Only later he asked about his colleague and came out with the "correct" but useless answer...
