You need to be careful about the listings.

Official "hi by SingTel" Shopee Shop has no discount for the top-up.

There is another Official "SingTel Prepaid Official Store", that is for hi! Prepaid.

There are other shops offer "heya SingTel hi" top-up, you may want to double check with them if you see discounts.

@xiaofan Interestingly SingTel turn on 5G NSA at my house area since yesterday so now is either 5G NSA (3-4 bar) and switch between 5G NSA and 5G SA (1-2 bar) with is based on iPhone.

Previously keep dropping to 4G (4 bar) due to low 5G SA reception with zero 5G NSA. I can definitely say SingTel 5G SA still having issue, coverage signal output not strong enough.

Sometimes they need to touch down on earth rather than trying to reach the sky expecting everywhere have been accounted for the signal. I think many more complains.... to certain region they will turn back on again. There's no other way for them to resolve this immediately...except that method

ST shoud send engineers to walk the ground and conduct field test then deploy assets to enhance the area identified to have weak 5G SA.

M1 and StarHub have already achieved full 5G-SA transition.

StarHub said it dropped its 5G-NSA network on May 31; M1 said all its 5G sites were now operating on SA.

M1 added that it is also supporting the mobile virtual network operators using its infrastructure: Circles.Life already leverages M1’s 5G-SA, and MyRepublic is still using the 4G one.

M1 shares 5G infrastructure with StarHub through Antina, their network-sharing joint venture, in an arrangement that gives both operators access to shared 5G-SA capacity even as they compete for retail customers.

Responding to media queries, Singtel clarified that its 5G NSA was retired on Jun 30. (*See clarification note)

There's too many places to check, there's possibilities of missing out. There's also possibilities the places you able to detect using 5G NSA is not their key priority and they just turn it on to boost some capabilities of 5G.

The initial report is correct -- which mentions a small portion of SingTel mobile customers remain on 5G NSA network.

No idea why Singtel comes out the clarification which is not really correct.

Not able to receive Roaming Voice call as Singtel hi! PostPaid plans do not support roaming voice calls.

No charges will happen.

Same for Gomo.

If you meant Singtel prepaid (hi! plan), these plans do not support roaming calls. While you can use selected prepaid plans for overseas data, voice calls and SMS services are disabled when you are outside of Singapore

They use different apps.

But I understand this may be confusing to users not using Singtel hi! postpaid plans. I happen to have a few Singtel hi! prepaid lines and one postpaid line (first time 4G S$10 line and now 5G S$13 line)
