SINGTEL SINGAPORE

Singtel Singapore’s revenue was down 3% as a result of structural price competition in its consumer business. This was partially offset by resilient enterprise growth which now accounts for more than half of Singtel Singapore’s revenue. With lower operating revenue and investment in spectrum, EBIT was lower. Singtel Singapore will continue to execute its tri-brand strategy (Singtel, Gomo, Hi!) while closely monitoring the evolving competitive landscape after the regulator suspended its review of the proposed industry consolidation.

Seems Gomo and Hi! will continue to be standalone, no consolidation.
GOMO and Hi postpaid seem be using identical tech stacks and combined customer support. So the cost to keeping them separate is next to nothing.

was previously on $3 IDD addon for 30 days + 30 days active period.

it expired 2 days ago, and im seeing that now.

Cannot see your picture, but Singtel hi! PostPaid plans have 180 days validity base plan (payment for the first 30 days and then 150 days grace period).

The grace period used to be 60 days only (90 days base plan validity perioid, or so-called SIM Validity Period).

That one no use, just an app glitch. Contact Singtel through hi! App for more info if you want.
I'm seeing this too even tho I'm on the base plan too (using the $3 IDD add-on for number parking).

It's free 50GB from the Singtel disruption we had but with a super duper long expiry date lol

Hi guys , can these postpaid singtel hi (heya) get otp when travelling overseas?
voice calls and outgoing sms are not supported ,
so has anyone try incoming otp sms on your standard plan while roaming overseas?
4. Are there any features that cannot be used on the Singtel hi! plan?
hi! Plan does not support these features:
Roaming calls/SMS services while overseas
• Outgoing local calls to 1900 numbers
• Incoming and outgoing video calling
• Incoming and outgoing MMS
• Outgoing Global SMS
• Transfer of ownership

This link is very much outdated as it also mentioned no 5G which you did not quote.

Ignore this one and ask using SingTel hi! app chat.

Myth debunked!

SingTel Hi postpaid roaming doesn’t cap at 10mbps.
You have to changed APN to hicard.

Tested at Aeon Terbaru with 2 different Android devices.

Unfortunately I didn’t test it on my iPhone.

Hi, how's your usage around Singapore so far? Networks in NEL (purple line), DTL (blue line) and EWL (green line) all ok when using 5G during peak hour?

Been using Zym and didn't feel much difference when I was on my Singtel $40 Enhanced Core postpaid, maybe just a bit weaker.
