hahaha but they stated no contract plan how come got timing for port out, weirdly in their T&C they mentioned in clearly Liao... maybe the business model is better for them.

What does 'No-contract' mean?

Unlike traditional telcos, we don't lock you in to two-year mobile plans. sagu suggest porting in and out of telcos is not as simple as it sounds to consumers as they do involve some operational and administrative works and so the telcos require a minimum period of subscription for their no-contract plan to help cover of their costs, reasonable ?

Coverage (5G Signal) is the same but you may have higher priority if there are congestions.

So far I have not seen good reports showing that SingTel 5G+ Enhanced (eg: S$19.25 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan) is really better than normal 5G+ plan (eg: S$15.28 plan) for underground MRT stations from SingTel SIM Only thread.

SingTel hi! Postpaid plans now have the more expensive plans labeled as 5G+ Enhanced, similar to SingTel hi! Prepaid data plans.

You can always try it to see if the plan labeled as 5G+ Enhanced is really better or not, since there is no contract and you can switch between different plans with SingTel hi!.

Circles Life when i ported out both my parents line.. (they using for 2 years and 4 mths respectively) out and they even called to disable secureME. Got an email saying you can port out from today bla bla...

once ported out.. next mth got termination fee of 28 dollars for both lines. of course i noticed it and questioned how they trying to spook seniors? and they refunded. basically they will just charge and dun inform. this is unacceptable.

Singtel hi - Cannot talk to anyone verbally, IVR will only redirect you to singtel.com/hichat then hangup

It is even worse when a number of the hi chat team pays lip service or worse stops replying after initial introduction.

If the package or price difference is minor, always choose Singtel main postpaid. I think OG hicard is no more
