Do I need to bring down the whole box or just the defective phone for exchange?

Singtel offered to perform 1-to-1 replacement for my friend's white phone with a black 1.

he refused and was left without a phone till they contact him.

i was just wondering why cant the black go to white then?

once you head to the dark side they won't let you come back to the holy trinity.

stocks shouldn't be used as a factor. If they allow 1 way, they should allow in both ways.

why don't you test the refurbished unit upon the exchange?

Tell the CSO that you want to test by pressing the button and give you some time standing at the counter (as many times as you desire, and till you are happy pressing the button then tell the CSO that you are happy to close the case for now)

Let face it, product lifecycle is getting shorter. Manufacturers do not make products that last longer anymore. If one dig further would know very well that there is a lifespan in each component on the PCB, if manufacturers already choose to use the cheaper and shorter lifespan components.

live with the fact and don't try to complain more than necessary. just bring it down for exchange if the product still under warranty.

dun understand why pple keep hesitating to change for refurbished sets.

if u dun wanna change for refurbished set, dan live with the problem!

Secondly why i started this thread is to seek experts opinon like yourself and most impt im not complaining about anything i already stated in my post that i know this is a common issue. Also i am willing to live with it its not about hesitating i just hope to listen to advice before making a decision. im open to going down to change it. thks

I'm using a refurbished set. No issues so far. No problems. Actually it feels even better than my 1st new set.

Seriously I think this is based purely on luck. Anyway for your issue, even if you are adverse to a refurbished set, try to get it changed before the warranty is over. Rather have a set to use than to have a set which may spoil anytime as I believe the home button problem will deteriorate over time.

Bro i truely agree with you went down this morning to change it this set is even better then my old set i mean so far so good in fact it is really new even if it is a refurbish set. Also some bros are saying refurbish set starts with 7xxx or 5xxx which i don't think so because my new set bought from sngtel starts with 7xxxx does that mean singtel is selling me refurbish set right from the start...But i am happy i made the choice to change....

Hi, i'm abit confused with this iphone data youth plan which i'm using right now.

After 1 year and 6 months my iphone suddenly spoil and i cant use the phone so i'm using NOKIA E51 as my spare phone which has internet service. Does my "3G Flexi Lite Youth Plan" cover the data usage? Or i'm using GPRS to go on internet, because i always got this message that says Choose either one "Wifi, Ideas internet, Ideas MMS ect. which i always press Ideas internet? will i be charge for it or just my data plan?

Thank you

Need some advice from you guys....

youth plan is sms which ur not asking atm.
so its more about 3g flexi plan.

flexi plan come with 12gb internet.
in this case its eligible.

the only one that cant make of the 12gb internet is blackberry.
for that u need some other ppl who have more understanding to explain y.

for ur case, any phone other than blackberry will use the 12gb ur entitled for the plan. so no issue on it. it will use ur data plan in short.
