Opening Hours for Singtel Apple Technical Centre

Hello...

I went to Singtel's website to check their Apple service centre opening hours, and was shocked that they didn't mention anything about Saturdays.

Here is what they written.

31 Exeter Road Singapore 239732
Comcentre Atrium's Spiral Staircase

Operating Hours:
Mon to Fri: 10am - 9pm
Sun & PH: 11am - 8pm

Does anyone know they still open for Saturdays?

my friend went to change her iphone3GS 3 saturdays ago cos her warranty last day was on sunday so die die have to change on sat. u can try calling up though

jus changed my 11mth old 3gs. m1 though.

question is, will the value dropped becos it's a refurbished set? like when trading in or re-selling?

then they only provide 90days warranty to the set but my friend got 6mths? any m1 users who got exchange recently?

another question is, they didnt give me any paper or sticker with my refurbished set's serial number. would this pose a problem in the future? cos my fren has a sticker with the serial number pasted on his old box.

they won't.
they can know but they won't do that sort of check so they won't really know unless they perform some time consuming check.

Well, I've seen people try and service phones with obviously Jailbroken apps on the home screen. Cydia, BiteSMS etc etc...

They got turned away.

hi bro got some qn on iphone service still under warranty.

1)when bring back to telco for service, they will just replace yr phone for a refurnish set right?

2) is it possible to wait and insist that i get back the same phone that i am using?

Deposit for Dependent Pass may be waived if the person (usually a spouse/parent) shown in the Dependent Pass acts as the guarantor. The guarantor must sign a standard letter of undertaking in presence of the Customer Service Officer. The passports of both the dependent and guarantor must be valid for more than 6 months.

You sure? Because for M1 I was told that I need to pay a deposit of $800!
