Hi Setiardi,
Thank you for the suggestion.
to explain further, our non wifi are the same as SJcam or produced by the same factory.
For the wifi, we have decided to move away from them and have our own facility and We have our reasons for doing that and one of the reason is as below.
SJcam itself is a new name adopted recently and prior to these, the factory do not use this brands or name. SJCam started their own campaign in August to deter competitor and brands themselves as original SJ4000
but the irony every factories claim they own and produce SJCAM.
Techmoan review claim that SJCAM come from company "XXXX" but the website of SJCAM.com come from another factory "YYYY"
If you need to know the actual factory name, PM me. I can open up to you.
We are very lucky on our strategy that we stick to our own brands or label our own brands from day 1, rather following SJ4000 as a brand and SJCAM branding where they have internal wars and many customers are not aware which is the real SJCAM.
We would like to educate our customers that SJ4000 is a generic model.
Which started with 2 factories making them and now has more 10 factories.
We are not too concern about customers outside asking and comparing the difference on our POSH with the others. So far we have many satisfied customers on our quality and warranty support.
Everyday I receive email from different factories offering me SJ4000 and SJCAM as the news has spread that POSH has a volume in Singapore.
Hope this give more insight about what is going on.
I suggest you advice your retail partners to rename if that's the reason for using the same name as other makers.
Simply because you would not want to associate your product with other inferior "SJ4000". Search through the web & you can find instances of consumer complain things like grainy image and such from other "SJ4000" and therefore label as fakes.
Anyway, for some it's becoming so confusing that they might be better off with a GoPro for that piece of mind.
All the better of GoPro Company the SJ4000 is produce by so many with different specs until consumer gets confuse and wary of a particular SJ4000.
Also a hassle for you guys to explain this & that brand SJ4000 is not yours. Consumers don't see the word "POSH" when buying, instead SJ4000.
