Any one here selection also in January 2017???

i shortlisted 10 in my bookmark. whenever 1 taken i will replace with another. haha

i shortlisted at least 30 units this time round, last one got no chance to choose at all as number many times bigger than supply.

If still cannot get this time really Jia Lat loh. :s22:

mine is 11*/135 supply. chances not very high.. sian. but still feel hopeful.. LOL

Depends on yr current progress of construction tho? If everything goes smoothly, most ppl say its usually earlier than PCD by 4-6months, but there are unlucky ones too who get it very late. i.e. 4Q = end Dec

My PCD is 2Q 2018 but contractors onsite said might be 4Q2017. Think after selection, all we can do is wait for 2nd appt and then appt for key collection. haha..

What if by the time the key is ready for collection but I'm still not married yet. Will they take away the flat?!?
