got 31x out of 512 for bukit batok 4-room.

For combined CPF computation into HDB sales financial plan, which figure to take ? During 1st appointment or a projection figure during 2nd appointment or nearer to key ready date ?

That's the right way to do man. I also did survey all the available projects. What number did you get?

In 2015 may, there was only 5 completed units. Obviously ppl in front me book those units lor.

Same as you lo number 11 haha. Only 4 units completed near 888 there, have a feeling kena taken up haha.

During my time, only 2 units near 888. Number 1 and 2 took the 2 units lor. Totally no chance for me.

By number 8,all repossessed flats were gone too. *Sob* I can only go for 2018 PCD flats.

That place is best retire village... Besides got garden got pool got food got shops got mrt got everything..polyclinic cross the road only...lao kok kok time u will appreciate having such amenity nearby

* pat pat * I got q no. But is out of quota...is same as no q number also...worst is there is a 1973 old flat inside the list. If by the time I go there the flat still not taken I never take, I will be kena mark once for not taking up the chance. Worst is that flat cost same as resale market. People cannot sell throw back hdb wait for lousy q number like us to pick...

Next Sobf should be around nov.. If still can't get then gotta consider resale flat :(

Hello. the next upcoming Nov BTO projects are out .
However they never list for SBF, will there be one in Nov?
