Yup, it got deducted from the first withdrawal - so $497 was deducted from my bank account instead of $500.

Still learning along the way... need others to share. Idk whether it means I'm left with $27 cashback for the month or not. Couldn't find any TnC for the 1.5% promotion...

T&C for 1.5% is here, in the middle 'Promotion at selected shops': https://www.socash.io/promo-tc/

Their T&C quite ambiguous and changes frequently.

For new joiners, can first withdraw $500 each for day 1 and day 2, then come back to see others' experiences.

Now seems no one know how the $30 cap is calculated.

u can consider the following :

1st Withdraw (W) = done. got 3 +7.5

2W = get 7.5 (Accumulated earned Rewards/** = 18)

3W = get 1 + 7.5 (Acc = 26.5)

4W = draw only $230, to get 3.45 (Acc = 29.95)

5W = try withdraw $50 to $270 see whether get 1.5% rebate or not

better to do all the above within 7 days of 1st withdrawal to avoid another $1 complication

alternatively, if u believe what CSO told me, on 4W, draw the full $500 to test :(

caveat : all above yet to be tested personally

Hi, are the referral rewards included in the $30 max limit? If so, what's the strategy to get our friends to sign up without affecting it?

On a side note, I find the notes from SS have the "market" smell. made my wallet stink. I deposited back into POSB cash machine within 2 days ... lol

I'll try this lol. but hopefully someone would have already done so for the past 4 days (including today)… and see if on 4th W, after drawing $500, will the $1 (credited after 3Ws) affect the cashback for the 4th W or not.

You got $1 bonus on 2nd Aug, which means you get 10 points each on 31st, 1st and 2nd? Then your weekly bonus should refresh on 7th Aug right? But how your txn on 3rd and 4th gave your 10 points?

.I got 10 points each on 31/7,1/8 & 2/8, (friday, sat & sun) that's how I got $1.

3/8 & 4/8 I also got 10 points each day, in that case, for my account, socash counts each week from Monday to Sunday.

Your weekly bonus refresh on 3rd Aug, means you last 7-day cycle is from 27/07 to 02/08, so you have done a txn on 27th Jul but have not gotten any point from that txn?

Or is my understanding on the 7-day cycle is wrong?

I didn't withdraw any on 27th, because on that day, socash lower the monthly limit to 2k per month, so after 26th, I can't withdraw anymore, since I hit 2k on 26th. But somehow socash changed the monthly limit again, and with my "itchy hand", I tested on 31st July, withdrew $500 & got 7.5 **.

I did this for past few days on both my accounts.

30/7. 500 ** 7.5
31/7. 500 ** 7.5
1/8. 500 ** 7.5 +$1 bonus
1/8. 30 ** 0.0 (to redeem the $1 bonus)
2/8. 500 ** 7.5
3/8. 500 ** 7.5
4/8. 500 ** 0.0 (No cash back)

So on 4/8, I did not get 1.5% ** on both accts, which led me to conclude that their $30 limit was based on ** redeemed in that month?

or it could be that awarding the 7.5 on 4/8 would have pushed Aug Rewards over $30, thus not given ?? which contradicts what CSO told me :(

can try withdraw $430 next ?

u mean his 7.5+1 for 1/8 together with 7.5 (2/8) and 7.5 (3/8) means total already 23.5 so the system will not be able to credit another 7.5 on 4/8 else it'll exceed 30?

that's quite... inflexible isn't it :(

should at least credit amount up till 30 mah... (i.e. 6.5). or can still credit 7.5 but the excess (1) will remain in the system till expire while the full 30 can be redeemed.

strange system indeed!
