Sol Acres vs Wandervale

Think my situation a bit difficult. I just hv to wait or appeal again.
Really like Wandervale and hope to get a unit there.
Have to pray hard....

If it is due to exceed of income celling, its a clear cut reject case, nothing much to pray about. Unless u can justify/provide evidence that certain income should not be part of their tabulation.

i stay at teck whye... i wld prefer sol acres over wandervale

1) 2 lrt stations between cck mrt/DTL mrt (30mins to bugis)
2) sol acres... esso station.. upcoming keat hong mirage bto has fast food/eatery/quite a no of shops
3) windy..
4) wandervale is very jam packed.. besides mosque.. every friday.. u can be sure lots of cars parking there.. i know i stay here lolx..
5) polyclinic (good or bad fengshui? up to u) but nearer.
6) sol acres.. walking distance to keat hong market.. also teck whye market/polyclinic.
7) btw those say wandervale walking distance to cck.. most pple take bus from cck mrt/lot 1 outside (190/985/975).. always very jam packed at evening weekday...
just that sol acres more pple sharing facilities.. but cheaper.. ur choice lol

You mean Sol Acres price is cheaper than Wandervale?

I was there on a normal weekday around 8pm plus, viewing the construction side at The front entrance of Wandervale and I can hear some humming sound fm the mosque. Do they pray daily?

I sty opp the mosque.
Prayer is daily but not an issue for noise.
Cars are parked along the road on fridays mainly but also during ramadhan got daily nights prayers where the cars are parked along the road.

Sol Acres is a stone throw away from ITE college west.

The ITE plaza uses a set of line array speakers, and sometimes during afternoon there will be some events like drumming, singing, shows etc

I believe the sound may travel near the blocks close to ite.

Maybe one day after ite school holidays you guys can go listen see if it is too loud for comfort.

They built very fast liao.

My unit is west facing as well in WV. Dun worry, with the west facing stacks layout in WV, you will not get too much of a west sun unless you are taking top few units or corner stacks.

Sorry that I do not have too much to comment for SA as I did not have a good feel from my first visit to the show flats, for a moment I thought I stepped into IKEA

Pricing wise, both is about the same.

Maybe the earth turing ratio had changed.
I saw those facing the camp kana west sun till 3pm.. which they are not suppose to. In fact, those units facing west sun didnt really get the sun till 4.30-5pm. I was there from 2 - 5pm and i am really puzzled..

My boys are big already. When must U apply Pri Sch for your kid?
Maybe my boys can give tuition in Wandervale, Maths and Science.

Definitely WV is better than sol acres. Solvent Acres is too crowded and will not have better investment ROI since there will be always many sellers after 5..6...7 years. It's only 1 side gate to LRT station...that could be more crammed...
