The yard Just think out of the box can multiple use as store room ma... I'm comparing with 3 bedroom compact against the rest of others 3 room. Looking at size 958sqft WV have big masteroom, big dining living area, good size service yard/storeroom, big size balcony as well..

My service yard no laundry hanger.
I jitao buy dryer. Remaining space use as storeroom.

No Lei.. My unit out of all 3 bed room range only got 1 stack of 24units @ 947sqft so is quite exclusive. Mine is just kitchen cum service yard together. No separation. Maid room size will be 97sqft 3+utility. U can google and find out that unit layout. Don't know how to attached pic using iPhone lei...

Actually I really like WV layout a lot as well as is also somehow close to LoT1. For me MrT is not really important but amenities is...

Hi, yrs SA 3+flexi is it the 1098sqft with 2 balcony?
Pls take note the entrance balcony is very near to the lift lobby area.
If you look at the actual site/unit, the entrance balcony 1/3 is facing the smaller unit wall and the common area is very near your entrance balcony.

Yup , i went to the actual side i saw 1/3 entrance balcony is facing the opposite wall but there a wall . so i believe technically it's just the main door link to common area.
