I think this project too good to be miss. And see the response yesterday, about 50% sold. Actually stack 21 is part of our initial choice as well (top 20 units) so it's like walk one big round end up in the same place kind of feeling.

Today we went to opposite HDB and see the site from 11 floor. Also ask the neighbor about the mosxxx, they say at times is audible but just a matter of getting used to it.

At least mine north east no block so still not too bad I suppose

The 3 bed room premium is almost the same size but cost more than double as compare to my BTO flat.

Anyway I walk from entrance to the road junction beside Micasa, took me 5-6 mins. Therefore estimated from side gate(near your stack) to Lot 1 is about 8-9 mins

Quite near because when I drive, make a right turn (at Micasa) then a left turn and will reach Lot1 liao

Yiu can also take bus 190, 172, 975, 985 from Lot1 bus stop which is 1 stop away. Even resident from Micasa also take those buses. Cck in the future will have jurong regional line that connects to NTU and jurong island. Good for those working in the west. Mnc in Tuas which provide transportation, one of the stops is cck too

The tinted black glass is the living room feature wall? Looks good but not sure how much it cost.

As for dinning area, I didn't see any glass.

The dinning area is at 4bedroom side, 3 bedrooms dun have.

I oso wonder how it cost.

I wonder the tinted black glass might make the living room look dark.
