Thank for your great infor bro :) now you make me aim for 70x8500b hope it the price will drop further if the 75x850c launch i will consider very serious for 70X8500b since new modle tv will launch every years so i will buy for the best price and modle i can get :)

Actually I thought $5799 for 70X8500b is already a very good price cos it has been selling above $7k for the past year and only start dropping when Sony launched a promotion from last month. As far as I know, Best Denki Orchard and Best Denki IMM left limited sets

Mustafa is selling this at $6499.

So better not to wait too long.

Please note that this set is frame dimming and will have some forms of Mura clouding effects. Coming from plasma display, I could not accept this and had to return two sets before getting one with local dimming

If u seriously consider 70x8500b. Best denki imm do have offer of $5599. A $100 rebate from credit card charge and another $100 slashed from the saleguy, the listed price of $5799. The price is offered about 2 weeks ago. Probably lower this time since new model coming soon.

IMHO try and go for a C series TV as it's android. More future proof. My home was ready in April so I couldn't wait and got the 49 inch X850b, no choice. I bought it at last IT show 1.7k

Anyone looking to get the KD-55X8500C, wonder if it'll be a good long term investment.

Generally most items in US r cheaper than SG (really lot cheaper) as long u know u getting the cheapest price in SG should be happy. $2799 for a latest sony 65 FHD is quite a gd deal.
