Is it easy to mount and dismount a 65" TV by yourself ?

Sony guy brought the free low profile mount and it's over in 20 mins. 1 man job. I have marked out the spot before he came.

Nothing eventful.

The power a bit shorter than I would have expected. Considering that my center of tv is barely 1 meter from the floor.

As long your eye view is toward the centre of the screen or the screen is slighly higher your eye view. That fine.

i agree. you'll probably need very long hands to hold up the tv too

Just called Compass Point Best Denki after realized the 'cheapest' price for the 50W800C, as reference above.

They told me price of TV is $1549 (TV only)..delivery, mounting is chargeable...
So skip that..

i have used the vpn to access the x85c. now i can see the usa apps like bloomberg. but i can't see the netflix app in the google play store nor anywhere else.

must i update the firmware? i am from singapore, so the original firmware has no updates. do i need to do anything like change the location on the tv, or download the isa firmware (now that i am suppose to be on a usa server)

is the latest firmware in US stable?

Got mine mounted recently as well; seems to be challenging connecting a LAN cable to this TV unless I lift it off the mount temporarily...

I think it will be the same with most other tv unless you use full motion mounts which I didn't because I wanted a more flushed look.

I got the wires ready in their respective places before the mounting is done

Not sure what you mean by U.S. Firmware. My TV is a w904A and I'm using SmartDNS so after configuring it on the TV, I'm able to access the Sony playstore to download the Netflix app after refreshing Internet content.

The newer android based TVs are reported to have the Netflix app (based on the article in HWZ, no less) hence you should be able to find it if the vpn/dns is working properly.

My vpn is working, I can see stream netflix on the wdlive which is connected to the same router.
