Hmm, make sure that you are viewing one of the HDMI inputs and check if it appears?
...

1 of the 2 inputs must be HDMI?
Can the following combinations work? 1 USB & digital-broadcast TV? Native YouTube app & digital-broadcast TV?

Ia Sony much better than LG? Have been looking around but couldnt decide which brand and model to buy.... Any tips?

I bought Sony tv as i have been using this brand for 20 over years and no one needs to tell me what brand i should buy. But if u look at Sony facebook , U will still see people complaining about their tv too..What comes out good for me doesnt mean it will be good for other.

Last time i owned a goldstar crt tv , it last about 7 years but unlike my sony crt tv, it lasted about 10 years. My experience with Sony is good, that why i always consider tv as my prefered choice.

How i go for a tv, mainly i decide based on

Budget? (Min $800 till Max under $6k++)
Size? (40, 46 55, 65 or 70 above)
Feature (4k or FHD, HDR support. Smart tv)
Panel (VA or IPS, 3D or non 3d? )

Hi Guys, which model would u recommend for a budget of $2500? Also as for the Sonydays free gifts, how do you redeem?

Besides budget, what other criteria you may have in mind? For example, UHD/HD, 3d/no 3d, going to play games on it/or not, type & number of input connections you need, level of picture reproduction quality that you can live with (from "very particular, color must be accurate.." to "can watch can liao")?

Generally, I would suggest consider putting the budget into screen size (go big), rather than fancy features you may or may not use at all (internet connectivity, android tv/smart tv platforms..).

For Sony, 60W600B (this is last year model, though, if I remember correctly), 55W800C (2015 model), 49X800C?

For Samsung (the model naming can be a little confusing and different in different regions..), maybe UA60J6200, UA50JS7200?

For the 55 inch, what are the differences between the X8500C or X8000C? Which is a better choice?
Thanks.

Yesterday was at Jurong Point Courts..
55X8500C - Selling @ $1994 (FOC 3D Glasses,Bluetooth Keyboard)
55W800C - Selling @ $1399 (I think same as above for FOC items)

But the terms are:
Terms - Need to lend them for 2 weeks to display before you can collect.
