I sideload the universal Apple TV apk it does allow to login and work as play store haven’t shown up yet. Just that any content with Dolby vision don’t playback properly on my X90F.
you should check out any of the big retail stores. Don't hurry yourself or be shy. Just ask. Confirmed cheaper than Sony Stores. Warranty and whatever freebies (if any) also same as in buying directly from Sony Stores.

No trade in, just walked around orchard going to the different stores and telling them the best price I had so far, lowest sony store (Wisma) would go was 4499. Best had some extra promo for 6.6 and fathers day that they stacked and gave me that price.
Trade in offer was terrible, $300 for a good condition OLED over 55". I need to get rid of my LG CX 55 now!
That's a very good deal. Who say new model cannot be cheaper than an older one. I anticipate A80J to cost more than A8H hence i just grab the 65" A8H at $4.6K in January. Lol bad mistake. the XR processing looks very promising.
