I heard that the A80J sets will available for demo in major retailers’ around mid-late Apr .. so there will sufficient time to decide if the pre-orders offers (expiring 3 May) are worthwhile.

Yes it does. Always been there since launched. The only thing updated through firmware so far is 4K120Hz but with mixed results.

VRR and ALLM still no news yet.

was at best denki at clementi mall and saw that the A80J and some other 2021 models are there, but still in boxes and not displayed yet. for your info, in case u wanna start cheonging down to check them out at the shops.

77a80j not in stores yet.. but friend already pre-ordered it from retailer at 12k and invited kakis over for gaming when tv arrives.. cant wait to see how it fares against my current cx model

It can go below $12k if you factor in CC rebates and further bargaining..

Incidentally, details of LG 77G1 and 77C1 have just been published on their SG websites. I have a feeling that the LG 2021 OLED sets will be available for sale (not preorders without definitive delivery dates) before Sony’s.

Yup LG models should arrive late April early may Sony oled models estimate mid may

U can probably get 55a80j at 3.4ish

Sorry I mean composite cable (red white yellow). I got X80J. I tried using the 3.5mm to composite cable that comes with my old Samsung tv, didn't work.

The cable could be faulty. You can get one from hardware shop or online shop like Lazada or Shopee.
