Looks nice, but probably won't get it because of the curved screen and corners, reduces screen real estate.

Why would you want to corners off the display? It's like when you're viewing a movie or photo, you will never be able to see what's in the corner.

There is already XZ2 compact.

No point making another since XZ3 is a copy of XZ2 but with bigger OLED display.
Unless you would like to buy a compact flagship with different display.

Counting on the XZ2C, Sony introduced four flagships with Snapdragon 845 in 2018.

Very similar to Xiaomi, that has also introduced four handsets with Snapdragon 845 till now.

XZ2 has 6GB RAM variant but it's exclusive to Greater China region(incl. CN/HK/TW) and India.

Hopefully Sony Mobile will retail a 6GB RAM variant of XZ3 to more regions.

I'm looking at minimum 128/256 capacity to be honest.
RAM is crucial but software optimization can fix this.
Expandable memory to me is not that reliable.

Main differences are the display and RAM.

XZ2 Premium is 5.8" LCD, 16:9 display while XZ3 is 6.0" OLED, 18:9 display.
The former has 6GB RAM while the latter has 4GB RAM.

Hardware wise, only RAM and display are different. Of course, one is way bigger and heavier as well.
