In other news, I almost twisted off my thumbs while trying to get off my knee sleeves! Put them on the wrong way, it was workout in itself to get them off and then on again...

Got SBD, sized down to M. They're great, but really difficult to put on. But once on, my knees are warm and comfy, and they definitely give me a "knee bounce" when squatting.

Ah, I see. I've read that the SBDs are a bitch to put on. I personally have the Rehbands, and love them, but after a few months of using/washing they're getting looser. I suspect the SBDs will be the same.

The solution is ... not to wash them :s13::s13:

Saturday - Heavy (ish) day

Squats 127.5 6x6
Bench 115 1,1

Bench was a disappointment, was hoping for 2 or 3 but 1 was all I could get without assistance.

Lol - I've had mine for about a month, and haven't washed them yet! Used them 1-2 times a week. I let them dry out first - in fact, I am drying them out next to me now at my desk :s22::s22:

Wow that's quite a lot of bench volume there. I'd be out of steam by set 4 I think.
