I love the front squat. For people with back injuries, it's way more forgiving on the back than the back squat, and it works the quads more.

Deadlifts are moving nicely, didn't manage 5x5 for deadlifts as my CNS crashed out and couldn't move it for another rep!But still was probably a volume PR for deadlifts ...

Have you thought about building up - 135/5, 137.5/5, 140/5, 142.5/5, 145/5?
