Today is a public holiday, all transactions will only be valued tomorrow. My understanding is that if you withdraw from Bank A today, you will not earn interest in Bank A but funds will only valued in Bank B tomorrow. So you lose today's interest.
by right bank's A shows value date for the withdrawal as tomorrow also. so should still get interest?

For esaver, if we registered for the marathon 3-month promo in October 2024, now we can withdraw everything already right? Because no further bonus interest for us and we don't qualify for the ongoing promo for Jan - Feb anymore, correct?

i think i messed up my musical chairs for Oct to Dec.
can someone help me recall what was the promo period for Oct non marathon?
was it Oct Nov Dec, with Sep as reference month?
or was it Oct Nov, with Sep as reference month?
because i left my $$$ in Account A for Oct Nov Dec, and i just realized the current cycle is Dec Jan with Nov as reference month. which meant i needed to transfer to Account B on 1 Dec which i did not do.
thanks

Without marathon it's usually 2 months, so just Oct and Nov.

this eSaver account going to collect dust if it's going to keep dipping below 3% when others can still offer something better.

miss the days of the invitational bonus rates.

Got a special invite to extend the marathon saver with no extra conditions from Oct-Dec, but the rates offered was 2.65%, 2.7%, 2.75% for Jan-Mar. It's so ridiculously low that maybe they hope to trap those who are less savvy for another 3 months without having to merry go round.

ya, ridiculous indeed... idk what they are forecasting about the rates in the coming months. dropping like grapes.

luckily joined back CIMB last month to take up their 3.2% fuss free.

I just test transfer a dollar to CIMB. And it is dated today in my Fast Saver account. I guess to test a small sum for your targeted Bank in order to find out..

When does SCB credit interest ( the normal miserable interest, not the bonus)?
I deposited money during the last few days of Dec , but I don't see any interest credited
