Giga jiak lui de. 1 of my $10 plan purpose to be fully termination on 6 Jan 8.58am today they cancel the termination for me and it 6 Feb 8.58am renew. Luckily I go in and check and noted it is not termination as I want and I do the termination again. My SIM card already throw away in December now they charge me $10 for the line purpose to be terminated. Super dirty Sia.

A lot of drops of network coverage using giga!
Quite pissed when wanna do safeentry check in at a restaurant along Upper East Coast but no network!!

I have this problem too! Dammit! Twice! Once when I was at Paragon, and at Waterway Point. Both on weekday afternoon

Had to restart to phone to get any internet to work

It depends on whether one chooses a new number or port in at the point of signing up.

If it is a new number, then have to activate the line before requesting port in.

If it is a port in from the sign up, then port in will occur within a day or two after delivery.

which is the better option? hoping to port-over my Circles Life number towards the end of month

There's this current promo for 1st month at 50% off, which will end in 20mins, For future promos, can request sim card and activate later?
i prefer my billing period to be between 25 to 30th for simplicity sake.

Giga network performance has been very bad recently. Starhub dont have these issues
