I am having a nightmare of time with Giga! Really not recommend.
I have been trying to contact through their chat but it's not responsive, tried Facebook, Instagram... I ask questions then after some time it just says "It looks like you are not there! bye bye!"... What the hell seriously.
My issue: ordered a SIM 2-3 weeks back, apparently I ordered during a system bug - I received the SIM and paid 20$ but was never able to register the sim on the network. They asked me re-order a new one + port-in and I will get reimbursed.
It's now 2-3 weeks I received the 2nd SIM, it's working but I still haven't been reimbursed and port-in still not done.
This is pretty terrible customer service... How should I proceed guys - what do you think?
