Could be either not supported or not activated yet.
I put my Giga sim in s10e also no volte option but it reappears when I put back M1 sim.
No luck on my Pixel 4a too.
I found the VoLTE button on the phone control panel. When I tapped it, it gave a message of 'To use the VoLTE service, subscribe to VoLTE. Contact your service provider for details.'

Going by Giga's latest FB posts, I think they are launching 5G plans soon.
Not suprising since Starhub+M1 has been running their 5G trials for a while now.
Time to recoup investment.

I think iPhone supports volte but one also need the phone operator to support it too.

I suppose we just have to wait longer for giga to add more phones to the supported list.

Any other bros can update their Giga 5G speed how much improvement seen?

As for the list of mobile devices, I suspect is just a general guide. But then again, its quite suay if buy a new phone for this intention, but then after buy liao realise cant use 5G on Giga. Will be quite sian,.. Getting a 5G phone use on 4G network is as good as using a 4G phone right?
