Moi don't understand this. Why not try to keep your customer happy lol. They prefer customer to move to other mvno? No value in keeping customer meh
Must understand management metrics, then you will get why no incentive to retain customers.
Growth needs to be reflected whether artificial or actual to sell what is needed to Board etc.

Hi

Anyone encounter that your Giga line cannot call number from Simba telco (always call failed)?
My GIGA line, I can get incoming from fix line and mobile line (including Simba) and can also call to fix line and other mobile telco, except SIMBA.

I got 2 lines from GIGA, both same issue. Just upgraded to their 100GB / $ 12 NDP Flash Sale plan.

Mine is iPhone 15 plus.

Get help from GIGA, but gave up... whole afternoon, WhatsApp to get a LIVE AGENT, for few hrs but nv succeeded.

[Update]: Able to call SIMBA number (7 days of unable to call to after upgraded the plan) after updated iOS to 17.6.1 and restart the phone.

The spam message you received is sent via RCS.

RCS messaging not SMS. RCS behave similar to iMessage, which uses Internet to send message.
Therefore, the telco can't really block it at their end.

You can disable RCS feature if don't have the intention to use this form of communication.

Alright thanks. Didn't know SMS getting unnecessarily complicated these days. :s22:
