I hear say hear say it bcos, instead of using SH main profile for apple, giga go and create its own so need apple to approve. But till date no news.

IOS 18. giga use their own carrier profile, iOS 18 beta already available. Official IOS18 will be coming these few days.

U should be checking which side is causing the delay.

Did your current telco say they will try? If they said they tried but failed then it is giga issue but if they never even tell u means your current telco issue.

I just called the port-in provider. They will check if giga has approved the port-out request.

Giga roaming in Malaysia is having unpredictable results in genting.

MY MAXIS was miserable EDGE speed. Digi had 4g but no internet connection. Had to switch to U Mobile to enjoy working 4g connection

Tempted to change to Giga from MyRepublic (even though they’re both StarHub MNVO lol) due to better roaming offer.

I’ve read somewhere that Giga 5G is not SA, is that true? I have to say MyRepublic 5G has been pretty good, so I’m reluctant to change if the 5G isn’t as good.
