Considering switching to Giga for my wife. Could you please answer/provide feedback for the following questions:

- Is it possible to port directly Starhub prepaid number to Giga? Any personal experience?
- If switching directly is not possible, then the only alternative is to first switch to $25 SIM only Starhub plan and one month later - switch to Giga, correct?
- Does anyone use Giga in Pasir Panjang area? What reception/signal strength looks like?
- Any experience using Giga on Iphone SE 2?
- Any experience using a mobile hotspot with Giga? Any problems?

Currently, my wife uses about 1.5G-2G data per month with no more 30-50min outgoing calls. For this twice per month $10 top-up is required. So Giga looks a better alternative.

No issues with mobile hotspot on giga for both iOS and Android. Just remember to change the APN to giga.

Yes, it will be activated once you pop the SIM into your phone, and activate via the giga app.

I've signed up for a new number 2 months back, I purposely want the line and billing to be on the 1st of the month.

I receive my SIM on 20th, I put the SIM into phone on 1st and activated it. My billing cycle starts 1st

Cannot port directly from starhub prepaid to giga. Or, any prepaid to mvno for that matter. You will need to port to postpaid line, then to giga.

Starhub sim only, iirc, do t have contract. Not sure if it's changed. So, technically, you can immediately port out the next day after you port to starhub sim only.

Using giga in bedok mainly and on Android, so can't reply on that. But, no issue with using it as mobile hotspot.
