Just to check new sign up user need to pay any registration fee ?? thinking of sign up Giga $18 for 40GB plan Thank. Currently M1 old user

Giga u pay $5 for 5 days only 1G

M1 data passport u pay activation fee + country fee... u get whole month using your local data (my current plan got 30G)

Thank for the information but i not using mysim plan my is and old Iphone plan. Thinking switch to cheaper plan. Just call M1 CS and wast told that The M1 $20 my sim only is for new customer only for old user like us if change to my sim only need to play $25 + $5 caller ID total is $30

Guys, can those of u who will be activating your line via the app in the next few days do some screenshots? Remember to blank out your personnel particulars in the picture before posting.

How long will it take to finish the activation steps? Is it activated before APN setup or after APN setup?

it will take ard 2 mins? to complete the activation. Once you insert your sim card and connect to wifi + launch giga app, it should be reflected. After that, there will be a video guide on how to modify your apn.

I understand from earlier posts that it is possible to activate the line via the app without inserting the card first rite? Will it be quicker that way? Can set the APN later rite? I wish to time the cycle time to 0000 hours or as close to that as possible.

i didnt try the method of activating through the app. It's possible to achieve the 0000 reset time by slotting the sim at 235959 and then activate through app asap
tho you can just track the data usage from the app itself

Yes you can. Their so called “activation” is just a tap on the button as long as you are on wifi. I did it on 1st of the month 0000

Some phones' data tracking do not support changing the start day, so they can only track starting from 1st of the month.
