ok lah, $18 good enough liao. Finally pull the trigger to port out from the big telco. Was using M1 for many years, poor renewal service, so I port over to SH last year. My SH sim-only has 15GB/100mins/100sms/caller ID for around $19 I think, lose track how much it was.
Was thinking between MR and Giga, the pricing and specs are quite close. But understand Giga is under SH, and I had no issues with SH network, so I guess its safer to port to Giga. Waiting for delivery tomorrow.
Plus I quite like the funny mascot Giga has.

I'm experiencing the same shiat, port out fail, have to contact both GIGA and GOMO, GOMO chat took 3.5 hours to reply to me.Super hard to port out of giga.

I ported 2x to CL and 1x to CMLink, all went smoothly as it should.
Which telco were you porting to? The other guy had issues porting to GOMO, what about you?

I have problem porting from giga to CMLink also. 11 Nov received the CMLink SIM. Till today still haven't ported out.

Having issues porting out from Giga to M1. Was told by M1 request rejected due to name/ID mismatch but I checked the account and there is no mismatch. M1 told me to check with Giga first then they will resubmit request again.
Funny that I had no issues porting the same name/ID/number from M1 to Giga few months back.
Currently on hold with Giga chat for an hour liao still no agent. Any bros know how to resolve?

If i am receiving the simcard today schedule between 3-6pm. My number should be ported over roughly tomorrow morning? I totally forgot its not a working day tomorrow, not sure if this will affect activation or not...

see whether tonight around midnight they port over for you or not.. if not, may have to wait till Monday night.
Hi i am planning to sign up for giga today. Current contract with another telco ends on 15th nov this sunday. Is it safe to select port in taking into account that i have to wait a few days before i received the sim card?

Would be safer for u to select "new number" first and port in later.

The courier came at around 5.45pm, gave me a scare thought miss liao...
Btw, I see the temporary number in the app like this. When it is successfully port over, my portover number should appear instead?

I google speed test and click this one, not sure if it's accurate though. This is at my home in the southern side. Is this DL and UL speed considered good for Giga?
