hahahahaha no thanks. Btw where else to jump? I'm thinking to switch out already after 1.5 months. I can't stand the internet drop when moving in bus/MRT. I mean intermittent once-twice in the whole journey is fine but like earlier I took bus from Kaki Bukit to Tiong Bahru, along the way I think I had 8-10 drops maybe more. At certain location it just upright refuse to load even though it's showing connected to 4G network. Any recommendation? Switching out before 27 this month.

However, when trying to request for a port in from the Giga app, I'm getting this error "You do not have any numbers available for post port in". Their CS is non-existent, any advice?

yup it does! but my number is still my Giga number not the port-in one and I'm unable to trigger a port in.

yup, i've put in the sim card, went into the app, clicked on port-in and am getting that error. preventing me from porting in my old number

Have u activated your sim card already? Is data and calls working already? Input the giga APN already? Anyway, wait about 1 day or so before trying to port again.

Also cannot receive SMS codes from banking transactions. Really **.

Realised they dun have hotline to call for problem. Tried using Giga app to ask for help, and can't get pass the useless chatbot to chat with agent.

Then removed SIM card and tried again. Received some old SMS but not the current one I need from DBS. **** lah.

Just switched to them for a mth only. Even something so simple as SMS also got problem. ****i.

i just switch to giga last tue midnight... no issue received sms since tue from dbs otp, moh and overseas website otp.
