When I call banks or Singhealth hotline, the voice from the other side gets distorted for a few seconds from time to time. Had to get them to repeat once in a while. I thought I was the only one. But yesterday my friend said she encountered the same when she called bank.

I tried on my phone and it still shows VOLTE / LTE when I make a call, i.e., didn't drop to 3G. So it's probably a coverage / strength issue for him.

Normally when I call I am at home using WiFi with mobile data off.

I just tried with mobile data on and wifi off. After getting through bank hotline still shows 4G.
