I am wondering the published word "FOREVER" refers to what?
Is it only referring to the plan of $10 for 10GB and the rest of offers can be changed subjectively?
I thought "FOREVER" should be referred to as the entire plan package.
it is a non-contract plan. they can change anything anytime. You can switch anytime too.

I guess just have to move on

Yes, I do understand it is a non-contractual plan.
Giga should not publish "FOREVER" in their advertisements, it is very deceiving to users.

Giga has only limited number of countries in their roaming plans.
In other countries (not in the plan), no connectivity at all when roaming? Not able to receive SMS?

Based on what i see on the advertisement, it mean $10/mth forever. Other things including bundled mins, data can change anytime they want.

Yes, Giga roaming destinations is very limited.

Giga :
APAC has 14 supported destinations
ROTW (Rest of the World) has 34 supported destinations

Simba:
Roaming supports 124 destinations worldwide.

Gomo:
Worldwide - 50 supported destinations.

Just to name a few......

Now new sign up on their website, top put 10GB/mth forever, below put $10.10/mth. So now become 10GB/mth forever instead of $10.10/mth forever.

i think the 'forever' refers to the plan, not the subscription cos the subscription will increase again next year when gst increases from 8% to 9% 😷

But their plan also changed from 500mins/sms to 300mins/sms just recently. Therefore their “forever” is really just bullsh*t marketing and meaningless.
