But their plan also changed from 500mins/sms to 300mins/sms just recently. Therefore their “forever” is really just bullsh*t marketing and meaningless.
Sometime forever this GB, sometime forever this price. So have to see properly is forever what thing. But also no use. Forever for more GB, they can increase price. Forever for the price, they can reduce GB or talktime.

I guess Giga has misused the word "Forever".
It is misleading to users and created some misconceptions.

Just to name a few....

Subscriptions cannot be Forever, e.g. changes in GST rates.
Mins/SMS also cannot be Forever, e.g. true experiences with recent changes.

As far as the subscription is concerned, they can advertise the forever rate before GST.

Forever means permanent.
GST rate is not constant and is subjected to changes.
Hence forever is not applicable if changes arise.

Inside the T&C, the clause to protect the provider.

Maybe they use the word “forever” as a slogan to support after them. Giga Forever.

remember, nothing is forever one. Need to practise some common sense.
Yes, nothing is forever - absolutely agree with you.
However, if someone cannot honour their forever, then they should do away with the publication.
It is very deceiving.

Thanks for pointing out.
I believe many of us do not bother to read the T&C.
Consumers are just being attracted to their emphasized advertisements.

Well, since all Giga plans are offered with no contract, if not happy or satisfied, can always port over to other telcos.
Consideration is in progress.....
