Because Giga users are digitally savvy enough to have a second line to switch over when things get too laggy.Indeed.
1. At least SingTel Gomo is kind of second class citizen within SingTel family.
1) SingTel
2) Gomo
3) SingTel hi 4G Postpaid plans (used to be heya). There are no 5G plans here
2. giga seems to 3rd class citizen within the StarHub family and kind ignored by StarHub.
1) StarHub
2) eight
3) giga
BTW, reports seem to indicate StarHub Prepaid 5G plans seem to have higher priority than eight and giga. Not so sure if this is really true or not.
Gomo may be at similar priority as typical SingTel Prepaid 5G plans (needs confirmation). But two higher price SingTel Prepaid monthly plans are actually with 5G+ Enhanced designation, higher priority than the normal Singtel S$15.28 plan (5G+ only)

With such awkward market positioning, i wouldn't want to be digitally savvy as well.no wonder i'm not on Giga - i'm a tech idiot !
Some questionsHi all I'm thinking of getting Giga! 6-months plan solely for roaming use (already have Zero1 as my main line). I travel for extended period out of Singapore so local coverage not so important to me. Are there any specific issues I should be concerned about before committing to 6 months plan? Thanks
