I have enough of the Green colour.
****... down again last night at 12:30.
Fibre down 3 time already in a month.
Is time to move to other colour, may be purple will be better.

If it's youtube, try clicking on the seek button at the point where it stopped and drag it forward or backwards. It should refresh the buffering.

It can refresh easily by dragging forward and backward. Thing is it is very ANNOYING. I dont pay for fibre for such services!

I can't access SOME youtube videos either! Pissing me off! reinstalled flash and reset ONT and RG...its so random. some videos just do not load!

technically, you will never get zero unless your connection screw up with AV or FW enabled
speedtest is never accurate to determine your ms anyway
if you think you should be getting zero
then do a tracert www.singnet.com.sg
tell me when you add them all up if you are still able to achieve 0ms

SG/Telin server. Usually it's around 7-10. But browsing is significantly slower. Gaming and bt still no diff.

objective is to highlight... 10ms - 16ms you can't even feel it. If you could you are totally of a different level which sadly, i can't relate to it.
