for starhub users who needs the router loop-back support, you need to bypass ONT. I follow this article on the web to get mine done.

It seems that for me, many of the website pauses at .. (waiting for .....)
at least 2-10 secs before it loads.

Anyone knows wads wrong? Tried resetting ONT and router (Asus RTAC-66)
and still the same problem.

Try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 (in the router and on your computer) and see if that makes a difference. If yes, we'll know it's a DNS issue and this can be escalated to them. If not, well, then the R&D continues... ;-)

The last time this happens, Max infinity goes down within a month.

This is BS (ie what the CSO said). Hang up, call again, and ask for it. If the person says "no", take down his / her full name and PM me. I know someone who knows someone... ;-) I have Direct ONT as do many others on this forum. My guess is this is a new CSO who's inundated with too much information and is still learning...

Just called SH to request for Direct ONT and the CSO said it cannot be done.

The CSO need verification that who has SH done it to.
