I doubt so..it's been a long time since they have offered a free speedboost. The last speedboost that comes to my mind was when MaxOnline (except Ultimate) customers had their plan boosted by a few Mbps. This occurred back when I was still using MaxOnline Express about 4-5 years ago. After that, I switched to MaxOnline Premium. Didn't check about speedboosts after that.

For MaxInfinity though, I've been using MIF Ultimate for nearly 2 years and I have not experienced a speedboost thus far.

Hopefully they try to match what Singtel is offering then... cheers

Haha, the upload speed in Starhub Fiber is twice of Singtel (Only Big 3 not symmetrical plan). You want to match

WTF..... my bro sign with SH for the 200Mbps plan... yesterday the ******* technician came, setup the NC.... ask to help with Asus router... told my bro need to wait for 2 weeks blah blah blah cock and bull story..... **.. nevermind, since equipment not theirs, we do ourselve.... after that, do a direct connect and using SH Speedtest, only get 100Mbps..... NBzzz.....

Call their sales and told my bro nothing can be done.... NBzzz CCB.... pui

Send a screen grab to the technical side..... if they ******* cannot settle, will ask my bro to cancel the ******* service.... can go IDA to comprain??? Charged my Bro 200Mbps but only getting 100Mbps.....

Relax dude. My provisioning was done within a week. No need to rant. Unless you urgently need that extra 100mbps now

Hubstation rental free or not depends on your package you signed for. You should be able to see it on your contract

Contact STarhub to determine when the ac will be delivered to you, activation will start once they setup the ont and Internet up.

The technician should just reject your request flat instead of telling you cock bull story. They have no obligation to assist you on a 3rd party router.

100Mbps, I suppose you connect via wired right? Since you mentioned direct connect. If I get such speed, I will get Starhub to waive my mth's bill.

i don't remember hubstation rental got free. long long time ago they sell. now also somemore only provide the HDhubstation. maybe the normal settop box they give free. if got free wonder how much you subscribe to, please share my cheapest fibre hubbing one got to pay.
