On top of that, I cannot login onto my dlink router, error says too many users. There seems to be a secret login that Starhub uses to control the router. This seems to be a big security hole if that login is abused.

The router can't get an ip address from the ont(nucleus fiber modem.)

CNA says that Starhub had fully restored services by 2135hrs.
