How long do you have to wait from the day you signed up with Starhub to the actual day of activation from Opennet?
Anyone knows the settings to open/forward the port for Dota 2?

it varies between users.
no point asking imo.
mine only took a day, some took a week.. some even 2months.
yea.. depends on their schedule.. mine is about 2weeks. signed up thru phone though..

Seems like the DLink DVG N5402SP not able to do port forwarding for 443.
And idea why?
WAN port range perhaps ?

Yes, only Asus n56u or n66u. If you're tech savvy, then any router that support VLAN id tagging.
