Hopefully not.

I would suggest using speedtest.net to test yr speed...
Seriously i am very suspicious on the speedtest on starhub page.. Even you facing slowness on the internet. U go there and test it always passed with flying colors.

Speedtest is unreliable. Try netrounds - see Gribber's screenshot a few messages down in this thread.
Why can't netrounds work on mine? I waited for a few minutes and no result came out.
This may sound "obvious" but did you hit the "Start" button?

Yea did. The speedtest did not work in Chrome, but it worked in Internet Explorer.
EDIT: I found out the cause of the problem. It was FlashBlock blocking the meter from working...
Cool, thanks for the clarification. So what was your netrounds result?
Cheers.
the funny thing is the technician claims that he knows. That he set until my wireless is 1mbps inside room. Then he said heng he didn't buy N56...
Show him the settings on starhub community but he set no need all these settings, k work one. Faintz
At least they finally come down to setup so didn't get angry.
Even on wired he told me maximum can only get 97mbps.
So after he went off, i went and adjust the settings myself on dlink and n56.
And i could get 170mbps on wired and ard 50mbps on 5ghz.. ard 25ghz on 2.4gh.
Starhub tech must improve. Heard Republic technicians very good lor.
how to change? can teach bo ?
107mbps download and 47 mbps upload to Amazon Singapore.
On the 100 plan? In which case, the StarHub speedtest results look like they're quite accurate...
Omg!!! Troopers came and tell me opennet no signal! W t f!! Need to arrange opennet come down down again to check. Nzzzzzzzzz
how to change? can teach bo ?
They say its opennet fault.. Straight away screw them up telling them then u should have come down together with them and not breaking the appt into 2 and now have to arrange another appt where both will come down together...
When the tech came down, they said the main centre will check if opennet has on it.
If not, they will inform the tech and not to make a wasted trip.
Looks like there r a lot of cockups....
U shd shell them. Starhub customer service is rude and like to blame customer for the poor service they made. I reprimanded them on the phone for telling me off when they didn't turn up for installation date.
Btw m1 fibre is better.
