Gosh, that IThunk was fun to have on the forum. Pitty he got kicked.

Anyway, I'd really like to see a 330kg deadlift video from OPT. That's really something.

Biggest deadlift I've seen in real life is 330kg from a 100kg guy that was roided out of his brains.

Video? Why not drop by his facility on his deadlift day and see him do it in person? hehe...

Haha..that would be nice. But I'm overseas.

Nah, I'm just happy to hear that such people exists back home.

Most people I know who are serious about weights do Bodybuilding and don't train to their max with regard to strength.

That time when still traing saw a few guys who were roided up traing. I saw an old school bodybuilder renato Dio training before he was doing full squats for 6-8 reps with 250 kg at a body weight of 75kg. When he competed he won his class easily but during the asian games he won the gold i think but was disqualified to to steriods. Even during competition got one guy really crazy dunno whwther accidentally bang or intentionally bang his head on the bar and did the squat!

Yeah, I've seen some freaky strong roiders.

However, I personally don't respect them as much as those that do it naturally.

Anyway, I've busted my back doing 147.5kg for warmups on deadlift. Flung the weight up without thinking and curved my back.

Will be taking a rest and going to book a physio soon.

Just a reminder to everyone - EVERY LIFT COUNTS.

Keep tight...keep disciplined.

Should be training around the same time as you tomorrow.

Was on a lower intensity phase for past 6 weeks but now back on the heavy stuff - missed it so much.
