yeah i from there :D I also have IT savvy side

ehh basically cuz i just seriously did squats for 1 week only.
Actually my squat now is 90kg hahaha

I am on track to increase my DL by 60kg(or maybe more) within 3 months of starting deads again.:D

Did my attempt of that two-bar dead lift count?? i did 170

Farmers deadlift is not counted in this thread. And when it comes to anything to do with farmers walk implements,you only count the weight in each hand. Hence your PR is 85kg.:)

Nevertheless,it was a great job coz hardly anyone here can do lift off with that weight on their first few attempts...including the pros of this forum.:s13:

Just a caveat,dont go for 1RMs every week especially in the deadlift and squat,you'll get burned out in no time-that was what happened to me.=:p

Jordan aka Ghost or Oo.oo got 140kg for the DL today,not once but 3-4 times with rest in between.

When you're a newbie,don't worry about whether the beef you're eating is grain or grass fed.

When you're a newbie,don't worry about what is the exact ratio of simple carbs to protein for your post workout shake.

When you're a newbie,don't worry about which you should try out from EDT,German Volume Training,Sheiko,Positions of Flexion,Coan/Philippi etc etc.

Jordan didnt worry about any of these and he showed how truly pro and hardcore he is by pulling 3 plates from the ground at only 70+kg

It is ironic how some people who have volumes of "scientific" training and nutrition knowledge and yet can't even pull 3 plates.:s13:

but i do only one time woh >_>, the other 2 times were 100/120. haha, think you see wrong..

on a side note, i think u ask me to do that again most probably i can't. i have no idea why the weight moved.
