Yes, OHW123 agreed too, for 1.4m u can get Blk 21 at 35floor! That view would be really great compared to maybe 26-27 for Blk 23 and I think Blk 25 can get level 37 with change.. so this is a classic case of first move advantage.

To me I think Blk 21 is the best, nearest access to MRT, and less uphill climb when returning home. Blk 25 is the most value buy as it is 80k diff from Blk 23. So which is the Best Buy? Either 21/25 if u ask me.

Appreciation wise Stack 25 would definitely be the best. Once in resale market, the price diff of stack 21/23/25 would be less than 20k imo

Totally agree with you that the value buy is 21/25. Coming from a resale angle, I probably wouldn’t pay extra for an unit in 23.

But of course in his case, it’s for personal stay and for the layout he don’t have much choice left as 21/25 already sold out.

This is plain madness haha. But also cos, it may be a HK/China developer who played a pun of nice unit number. Valuation wise how would 8 be better than 9/10 common sense says higher floor better already

It’s not very big actually. It’s a tail shaped elongated land not the typical regular shape. About 1-2 mins from end to end and I took 4.x mins from QT MRT to reach SR.

Depends if u are looking for value/appreciation/ convenience.

Yup. Actually level 20 above even if the Bin Centre level 1, its negligible. Level 35, I don’t think u can even see the Bin Centre even if u peer downwards.
