It’s not very big actually. It’s a tail shaped elongated land not the typical regular shape. About 1-2 mins from end to end and I took 4.x mins from QT MRT to reach SR.

Depends if u are looking for value/appreciation/ convenience.

Nope.. but when I looked at SR last time I was considering stack 25 due to its value. But opted out as I wasn’t impressed w the architecture and back then there were no details how they intended to use the sky garden. Thus, w sketchy details I passed. Oh and I didn’t like the PPVC construction method and the uphill unsheltered walk.

The sky garden would most likely be an area with plants and greenery and some sitting area to let you relax and enjoy the view and breeze

If u noticed or if u ask the developer, they couldn’t even give any details about this sky garden which makes it a little dubious how would the set up be. Or is it just like HK flats where there are many holes for QI and Yin to flow that’s it

Now a lot of buildings in Sg r using PPVC method

Avenue South, twin vew, garden residences (I think), whistler grand, parc riviera, clement canopy, SR, etc


If u exclude out all the PPVC buildings, u won’t have much choice

Y??? Let’s just embrace this faster and more efficient way of building.

It might even be the construction method for the future since our government is pushing for developers to use PPVC

Clement canopy within 2 years TOP lo.

Grandeur park & clement canopy launch around the same period. Just 1 week apart.
Granduer still awaiting TOP while Clement canopy already collecting close to 1 year of rental.

Now a lot of buildings in Sg r using PPVC method
