Glut of condos in Queenstown?
Also no malls.
Queenstown mrt is also above ground got noise for some nearer condos.
Stirling is 500m walk to mrt, not that near.

For those reasons I am out!

For example: groceries

You want get groceries would you get it at a nearby supermarket? Or travel all the way across SG to get it and then carry it back

I know ppl will get sick and tired of going to the same place. But for groceries and some daily necessities, it’s a different case. (That’s why I pointed out supermarket in my previous comment. I don’t think there will be none, right?)

Pretty sure, with the upcoming HDBs, there will definitely be supermarkets around. That one i not worried. If don't have any, i will ask NTUC or SS to give me a license to open it den hahahaha

Stirling is not one of the better ones sorry.

It's name is always being thrown around as a "good buy" because agents get high comm.

I just signed OTP for resale condo 2 days ago. nobody knows what will happen in the coming months. as long as one has holding power, don't have to worry
