Yup no MOP, a lot of sellers flooding the market for SR. Agents on the prowl around the property even before TOP; trying to catch owners there for “site visiting”

Reliable sources updated that developer obtained TOP from BCA, owners likely to be called up for key collection starting 3rd week of March. Hopefully key distribution don’t take too long in view of the current COVID SMM.

Nope not going to refund. Going to keep both properties.i am not selling my hdb to upgrade to condo. I buy cause I saved enough.
