Keep hearing TOP next week and next week, saying from reliable sources but it did not happen.
Anyone passed by the actual site? how is the development, are barriers removed? thanks!

If you’re vested, should go down and then ask the ppl inside yourself ma. Hard to get such impt updates here

Which reliable source told u? Agents? I guess it's not really reliable then...

No one will know except the developer. They decide when to release the top information. So even if u see that the building is done etc... You still won't know.

If you join the right group,you can get plenty of updates w/o leaving home.
Current update doesn’t seem to bode well for owners.

Depending on lawyers that you engaged, they released some announcements yesterday.

#6 1055sqft entry price only 15xxpsf. Cheaper than Florence, Verdale, midwood, DFR. Just 200psf more expensive than North Gaia EC. Lol.
The moral of the story is entry price, entry price, entry price :o
