Slowly can lo. My poly mate bought a unit there. He’s still in Uni, partner working. He happy coz construction slows down. More time for him to grad & find job next year. If not wrong TOP 2022.

I somehow wonder why BTO are built so slowly compared to private condos. I noticed Eunos Court launched in 2017 is also barely one storey high at the moment and it’s 3 years already, comparatively Parc Esta launch in end 2018 is already 12 storeys high.

Better get the hdb before he found a job to get Maximum grant right? Wow, your friend very smart, 2027, can sell buy EC or condo whereas his peer still struggling to find hdb or getting marry.

Coz I ask them to try luck. $10 nia. See if get. That was the year where 1 working 1 schooling can apply BTO.

Alas, they were lucky to get good number too! But back then grant not as good as current EHG nevertheless they still get some amount. Happy for both!

After he read too much, let me predict. He will probably

1. Get married at 18 and get all maximum grant to buy New HDB.
2. Sell at 23 And with the profit buy EC.
3. Sell EC at 28 and buy condo
4. Sell Condo at 33 and buy 2 condo
5. Sell one of the condo at 38 and buy 1 landed
6. Sell landed at 43 and buy penthouse.

Predict he retires at 43. Debt free.:D

Hehe, trust me, he won’t waste time buying HDB and EC and get himself locked for 8 to 10 years. At his age, he’s considered abnormally knowledgeable in property compared to his peers (who rather spend time online gaming) :D

Based on the stirling walk path, it seems unlikely SR will have shelter to mrt in future.

What do you think?

It will then be the only condo out of the 4 there which doesnt have sheltered access

I think it’s possible for SR to have sheltered walkway. Gov will just need to build a sheltered walkway across a small road and then connect to the existing sheltered walkway outside Queens condo. The residents planning to request for sheltered walkway in the next GE. Gov can even extend it further to the Stirling road hdb cluster, benefiting much more ppl. Another way is SR have a shared umbrella system :s22:

Yup. Of course, definitely won’t be so straightforward. Won’t be expectant or optimistic for a sheltered walkway to be erected linking Stirling Road area to the Mrt. Just a not so fat at the same time quite fat hope :s13:
