There is also a negative sales for Commonwealth Towers in Jul 2020, -5.7K but no SSD.

Another 463 sqft unit only made profit for 3.3K selling in Dec 2020; both block 232.

The weird thing is 474 and 452 sqft unit made 82 to 84K profit for selling in Nov/ Dec 2020.
What is the approx IRR for these cases?

One of the mentioned unit is my friend’s unit. Also in her 20s.
Super duper happy for her! :)

Upgraded to 2 bedder resale in another district..
No more Lepak session at Commonwealth Tower :s13:

After agent comms, stamp duties, and other fees, how much profit is left from such a sale :s11:

I count up to 38 floors assembled already from my living room. How many floors are there altogether? They also started on the main swimming pool back last year after knocking down the showflat.

Hence developer with extremely huge land area like NORMANTON PARK has the luxury of space to have their prefab yard on site.
Even the workers dorm (TLQ) is on site itself.

All this contribute to the productivity hence they can TOP in 2023.

Definitely. The land size at Normaton Park is huge! Almost 3x the size of Stirling.
